The Councillor for Staff, Walter Corrias reply to the statements of the CISL Fp
"The city administration to which I am proud to belong to what has already turned its expertise to the definition of the entitlements of employees to be granted in the shortest possible lead times. Surprising that, although it has been shown the utmost willingness to discuss and maximum opening, privilege, as a tool box, press releases and letters rather than formal direct contacts. " The Councillor for Staff, Walter Corrias reply to a note of the error on the CISL Fp of fees contained in the fund for productivity. "Institutions consecutive month - says the commissioner - were always paid regularly to employees and in recent years settlement of the above skills is always occurred between April and July. The salaries of employees, the incentive of good behavior, the quality of services provided, maintaining employment levels and the reorganization of municipal issues are too important and vital to be treated in an instrumental way of advertisements and the press, which will certainly provide greater visibility, especially in conjunction with the elections of the RSU, but offers no contribution to dialogue and negotiation. The historical moment of particular difficulties, the severe employment crisis and the scarcity of resources imposes, on the contrary, the highest sense of responsibility and maximum restraint in dealing with issues so important to the city employees and for the citizens of Porto Torres. " The councilor Staff also notes that "our administration is committed to making the services provided more efficient and responsive to real needs of citizens, through the reorganization of the administrative machinery and staff retraining. It is on these issues - Walter concludes Corrias - which we hope will happen confrontation and cooperation of all employees and labor organizations that represent them. "
